Shamrock Shootout

Pura Vida Inshore Classic

The Pura Vida Inshore Classic is a fun event for all ages that capitalizes on the bountiful inshore fishery available along the shores and rugged coastline of Pacific Costa Rica. The main tournament is a 1-day shootout for roosterfish (release), snook, snapper, and other coastal gamefish. This event also offers a half-day Kid’s Fishing Derby where tournament teams are encouraged to support the youth fishing movement by taking a kid fishing in a fun tournament atmosphere. Triple Crown of Fishing Tournament

The ever-popular Pelagic Triple Crown of Fishing event kicks off tournament season south of the border as it embodies the same high-energy atmosphere as it’s Pelagic Rockstar Tournament siblings. This team event offers cash prizes to well over $500,000 by releasing the most billfish, and/or weighing the heaviest tuna, dorado, & wahoo. Now in its 7th year of operation, this tournament gathers large crowds of anglers and tourists alike for the weigh-ins, concerts, & parties each evening, and is an event the fishing town of Cabo San Lucas eagerly anticipates annually each June.

Marlin Magic Lure Tournament

Fish Kona’s fabled blue marlin tournament season in style with a sport fishing competition laced with rock-n-roll & aloha spirit. The Islands of Hawaii are decorated in blue marlin history & credited with the most “granders” – or 1,000+ lb. fish – caught anywhere worldwide. Simply put, this is a big game tournament located at the global mecca of marlin fishing; and PELAGIC is stoked to take its International Tournament Series to the Aloha State. ROCKSTAR TUNA TOURNAMENT

When it comes to large yellowfin tuna, there’s no place like Cabo. Home of the current all-tackle world-record yellowfin (427 lbs.), Cabo San Lucas consistently produces some of the best fishing for tuna, marlin, and much more year-round. Scheduled for November 2020, the 3rd Annual Pelagic Rockstar Tuna Tournament capitalizes on peak season for large tuna south of the border while offering a true rock-n-roll vibe in the town affectionately dubbed as “Mexico’s Las Vegas”.
